Part Time, One to Two Days A Week, Property manger Property Care Taker,
Must also All Around Pro Handyman, Landscape & Maintenance person.
Work in a Beautiful Waterfall, Tropical Botanical Gardens, Jungle Environment.
Skill set to Include:
Carpentry, Electric, Plumbing, Roofing, Gutter, Dry wall, Counter Installations, Upgrades, Repairs, Trouble Shooting,
Landscape Care maintenance and Installation, irrigation, tree pruning. A good eye for balance with an artistic flare. Must have a good knowledge of local plants and what grows where best in what areas. As you will help us create a home organic gardens and a food forest.
(First phase might be more than two days a week, as we have repairs to get off this list)
Must be a self starter, can track, create tasks list, materials lists, create timelines & budgets.
A Good communicator, keeps jobs on track and on or under budget. Can send end of the day reports via text as to tasks got done and est. time they took.
A plus if you have working knowledge in Organic Gardening & Off Grid knowledge, innovation & all around Survival systems. If you can build from the ground up, have an artistic flare that's a plus. We have a two days to start with, if all goes well then we can allocate more hours.
Eco friendly whenever possible, part of a charity so cost effective, think reuse, refurbish and recycling as it helps the environment and our planet.
Shopping at locations like Habitat for humanity, negotiating discounts & communicating to get donations for our project from companies doing renovations is a plus, and doing the needful when needed like odd jobs.
Must have a Clean driving record and a valid drivers license must be clean for at least two years if any history of addiction.

A adventure tropical jungle location, we have a clean large room with its own entrance for a full part or part work trade. The option is for part or full work trade.
The full work trade is 20 hours a week comes with vegetarian food items to make two meals a day.
Couples are welcome but we are not set up for the little ones or dogs, but a cat or a bird are allowed if well behaved and kept clean with being on top of their poo and pee. And Its Best for those with few possessions.
This location is great for a someone who loves a glamping jungle living and a outdoor lifestyle.
It is a simple living higher thinking lifestyle, great for one with few possessions, enjoys a rustic off grid wild magical wilderness rainforest situation.
We are into bhakti japa meditation a great place for those spent on the Maya matrix and have desire to get out of the Maya matrix, those of this mind set thrive here, great for those who enjoy volunteer Seva work. As we are a charity the work trade is actually Volunteer work so if you love working and living for a higher purpose, enjoy seva volunteering and do the needful when needed, find happiness in being of service then you will thrive. We come from a music educators background, vocals and percussion and are happy to share our knowledge with you, if you are interested in using it for a higher positive and / or spiritual applications.

There is some elder support needed with living on site, with our wise kindhearted Kanaka Kupuna Yoginee, hence being able to kokua and malama with odd jobs and running errands and helping prep meals wash dishes put dishes away, take out the trash, etc. etc. Perfect if you are inspired & admire the wisdom that a kupuna has.
