I am interested in people who are caring, responsible AND able to focus on things that is all linked to what we are trying to work towards. Knowing the right timing and using initiative foresight in Cleaning, Organizing, Yard work, etc. with a positive attitude. No stress type situation, Responsible, self-motivated and able to follow instructions well. I am open to look at options that something could be worked out so both parties will benefit and be happy.
I am also interested in people with construction experiencesc, but not necessary.
