I am looking an upbeat (organic lifestyle welcome ) person to share my upstairs condo at Pohailani Maui in Kahana north of Kaanapali.Would prefer professional like myself
I work days and would prefer someone who works nights .
Cable and internet are included we share electric and bottled water service.
I pay for all of the cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc.
Everything I use is organic
The complex includes eight beautiful acres of tropical landscaping
tennis court, 2 swimming pools, rec room, barbecues, in home laundry facilities.
Ocean side private grassy area with lounges and picnic tables next to the seawall for your enjoyment.
Kite surfing right across the street, nearby surf spots, restaurants and more within walking distance.
Bus stop and shopping next door. Very convenient for all your needs .
Your own private bedroom is FURNISHED with ROKU TV, A/C and includes linens and towels.All you need for move in are your clothes etc You share kitchen and bathroom with myself . I DO NOT HAVE ROOM FOR EXTRA EXTRANEOUS ITEMS OR A BICYCLE.. Surfboards can be stored in one of our parking lots near the recreation room.
Condo has A/C, washer dryer, and ocean breezes.
I keep my house immaculate and expect a NEAT RENTER. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME

Due to past bad experiences I do not tolerate heavy drinking or loud noises .

$100 non refundable cleaning fee and a months vacate notice please. This is month to month
on a trial basis . If it works out it can be of course on a more permanent basis .
