I have one room available to rent. Available starting January 2026! Rent is $2650 for the 2 bedroom house. Rent for the one room with a queen size bed i have available is $1325. With a deposit of $883. I am open to couples as it would make the rent cheaper per person splitting it 3 ways. Rent is due every 1st of the month. Utilities/wifi are split equally between us, due the 15th of every month. Washer and dryer inside. We share kitchen/bathroom. There is 2 available parking spots in our driveway. As well as additional parking on the street. There are 2 separate areas where you can garden if your into gardening. There is room outside for a storage unit if you have one.
