The work trade option part is offered for someone with skills in landscaping, yard work, organic gardening, has some handyman skills, can do help do repairs and upgrades.
This is for a minimum of 3 month less that it will be a day to day donation as a Sublet of $108.00 a day as we prefer long term.
What is Work Trade: Its is for the most part a volunteer position with room, utilties and some meals in our case breakfast and lunch. It is designed for those who enjoy helping others in the mood of volunteering where the goal is to learn how to serve with devotional loving kindness to help others. The word seva is perfect as it is selfless service with the understand that the benefits are on a soul level, if you are of this heart then you will thrive here.
This room is large enough for only for two adults who have few possessions.
You have the option to work this off part or all of the rent with a work trade and pure veg meals can be included depending on the number of work trade hours rendered, & with the meals it is simple healthy Items you can prep and two meal items are provided Breakfast and Lunch.
This is included with the full work trade, it is the standard work trade, volunteer arrangement.
Its perfect for those who enjoy helping others and volunteering, Here you get to help a elder Kanaka Kapunas, become more sustainable and therefore helping the island be more resilient as they share with as many as they can. Very Aloha Souls.
This off grid, much like camping, where we are part off grid so the person must love an outdoor adventure lifestyle in a jungle.

A fare wage can apply for hours worked past the required work trade hours when agreed to in advance, as the work trade task are chosen, we do prefer someone who can render work trade. But open to full rent as well if you are good with God, in a hindu form and observance of a pure vegetarian or vegan diet and no drug, alcohol or vaping on site. We really prefer those who are already living a yogic lifestyle and are getting high with meditation and mantras.

Work trade much like woofing, but the overage hours can be paid, if you have semi to pro skills, with Handyman, Organic Gardner, Landscaper, Tree Trimmer, Building, knows plumbing, irrigation, electrical etc. And to start at an extra 4 hours a week, if the budget allows, and that can be increased according to the budget available and the persons skill level and set.
