For sale are the Brand-New, Never-Used, Steel Arches and all the Hardware to build out 2 Quonset Buildings. I bought them because they can be built into a beautiful 840 s.f. dwelling and a 400 s.f. garage or workshop. Imagine a mold free dwelling! I prefer to sell them together, for $57,000. But I will consider selling one if you will help me separate the hardware.

I'm sorry this is listed on CL under "Cottage/Cabin" -- there were no closer options to choose from the drop down menu on Craigslist.

This includes Window frames, Industrial Base Connectors (IBCs), Blanket Insulation for the dwelling, Architectural Plans, 40-year Warranty, and Unlimited Customer Service from the company for directions on building them out.

See pictures for ideas of what others have done for finished homes. The last pictures are of the beautiful blanket insulation.

There are no doors that come with these buildings, only the steel arches. An architect said that this price is very good for outer walls of a structure: about $55 per s.f.

They are made of 16-gauge steel, which is Premium Grade 80,000 psi steel from the best steel mill in the world, Arcelor Mittal in Canada. Both buildings are fortified for hurricanes and built with Maui longitude & latitude, wind, and land conditions in mind.

The arches are in two large containers that weigh about 2 tons each (4,000 pounds each). The are stored in Kula with the window frames and all the hardware to erect the buildings. The crates come with the IBCs, which help to solidly attach the floor to a cement pad or post and beam structures. The crates need to be moved with a Telehammer forklift. I had a great trucking company deliver them with the Telehammer.

Dwelling: 30' x 28' = 840 s.f. Height 14’ 11.25” (Almost 15 feet high.)
18 arches, 1 fiberglass skylight and 3 windows on each side.
Industrial Base Connectors (IBCs connect the arches to the foundation.)
Blanket Insulation* (See the last pictures posted)
2 Delux Trim Kits
L-Brackets. Complete set of bolts, washers and nuts
Construction manual
Architectural plans.

*Blanket Insulation for 1/4-1/3 of the building as I wanted to have a room with AC. Comes with pictures and engineering directions on how to attach to the arches.
Dwelling $40,000 Total

Garage or Workshop: 19’11.625” x 20' = 840 s.f. Height 11’ 3.75"
10 arches, 2 skylights. I believe the skylights are already installed in two arches.
Industrial Base Connectors (IBCs connect the arches to the foundation.)
L-Brackets. Complete set of bolts, washers and nuts
2 Delux Trim Kits.
Construction manual

Architectural Plans: There are large sheets of pages of engineered blueprints.
Garage $17,000 total

The arches are painted with a reflective paint to reflect the sun (AZ180 Galvalume Plus Coating), and apparently are seen as white from a distance.
