An 8 min. walk to Kam3 and a great swimming beach, this is one of south Maui's most popular condominium developments, this 733 square foot top floor unit is very clean and offers some views of the ocean (this view is older and the trees are taller and need to be trimmed) and West Maui mountains, along with plenty of sky and cool breezes. Unit has not been remodeled, but much of the plumbing has been replaced. Kihei Shores is situated directly across from Kam 3 beach with this unit in the back and in a quiet part of the complex.

Sitting on seven well-manicured, tropical acres, the 217 units have amenities that include a solar-heated pool, a nice hot tub, barbecue racks for surfboards, private lanais, and high-speed fiber optics. There is a dedicated parking spot in front of this unit and more parking in other areas. Pets are not permitted at Kihei Shores, however there is an applicable exemption for service animals, in accordance with proper guidelines, federal and local.
