Your Tiny Home, RV or Van MUST be totally off grid! With its own Solar PV system, water & wastewater storage system for me to rent my space to. The County of Maui has made it very clear that vehicles that are Totally self-contained are legal, but anything else requires a building permit. At this time I am not getting any building permits. There are many Tiny Home and RV, Van manufacturers that are producing such vehicles every day. Home built vehicles will be considered based on the County requirements stated and my approval.
