We’re looking for a youth champion to join our Haiku team as a Program Director!

What You'll Do:
• Design and deliver engaging programs that help kids grow in leadership, life skills, education, creativity, and wellness
• Create a safe, inclusive, and FUN environment where youth thrive
• Lead group activities, manage behavior, and support young people with patience and purpose
• Help us make every day at the Club a positive and meaningful experience

What You Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with youth (school, camp, coaching, mentoring – we want it all!)
• Leadership skills and confidence in managing group dynamics
• Strong communication skills and a heart for service
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to jump in, be trained, and grow with us!
