We’re looking for a dynamic, people-loving Promotions & Customer Service professional to join our team!
This hybrid role works both in the field (events, outreach, networking) and in our shop/office in Kula, helping promote our services and create beautiful plant and event experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with clients in person and build strong relationships
Promote our services through outreach, networking, and on-site opportunities (OPC-style)
Provide excellent customer service from first contact to event execution
Help develop and create guest experiences, interactive events, and on-site tours
Assist with marketing, promotions, and brand presence
Support event planning and coordination
Represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and aloha
What We’re Looking For:
Must LOVE people and be naturally outgoing
Strong communication and people skills
Knowledge of plants, flowers, and/or tropical landscaping
Event planning experience is a plus
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Schedule:
Minimum of 2–3 days per week in shop/office (Kula, Maui)
Additional field/event days as needed
Compensation:
Base pay + commission
**Must have reliable transportation. This job requires errands and field work
**Possibility of simple a position a the shop/office a few days a week TBD.
