What we’re looking for:
• Reliable & communicative – If you don’t show up or don’t respond, this will not work.
• Flexible availability – Jobs are typically 2–4 days per week.
Weekend-only availability will NOT be considered.
• On-time, professional, and respectful
• Comfortable working outside in the sun and on ladders
• Construction or gutter experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation required
(We have a company truck and can carpool some days, but you must still be able to get to jobs when needed.)
