We are seeking a Roofing & Solar Sales Representative to handle incoming leads, meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, and close projects.

Responsibilities
• Meet with clients for roof inspections and estimates
• Sell roofing systems (shingles, metal, waterproofing) and solar solutions
• Educate customers on proper roofing systems for Maui conditions
• Build trust and close deals professionally
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication
• Work with our team to ensure smooth project handoff

Requirements
• Sales experience (roofing, construction, or solar preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs (or willing to learn)

Compensation
• Commission-based (no cap)
