Harvest Garden Hawai’i LLC is a fast growing edible and native landscaping company based upcountry. We don’t just "maintain" yards; we design, install, and manage high-yield vegetable gardens and fruit orchards, as well as carefully designed native Hawaiian landscapes.
We operate our own private commercial nursery, giving our team direct access to high-quality plant material and the opportunity to work across the entire lifecycle of a landscape—from propagation to installation.
What You’ll Do
Landscaping tasks including planting, soil building, irrigation, and fruit tree pruning.
Assist with plant care and inventory within our commercial nursery.
Work with a diverse palette of native Hawaiian species and edible crops.
Work efficiently with a driven, skilled crew to meet high standards of craftsmanship.
What We’re Looking For
Ability to perform rigorous outdoor labor in various Maui weather conditions (rain or shine).
Punctual, professional, and possesses reliable transportation to our Haiku base yard.
Passionate about sustainability and eager to expand your knowledge of Hawaiian ecology and food systems.
Prior background in professional landscaping, farming, or commercial nursery work.
Preferred but not required. A positive attitude and strong work ethic is more important than prior experience.
