I am a single female mid-40's looking for a quiet, peaceful place to call home preferably upcountry but am also open to the North Shore. My move-in date is early September, by September 10th the latest. Temporary, sublet or long term is ok. Furnished is also ok.
A Little About Me:
I work remotely and also teach meditation part time. I always pay my rent on time and can be depended on for clear communication and creating a peaceful atmosphere. I treat my home as my sanctuary space and like to keep everything clean and in order. I have excellent previous landlord references. I do not smoke or drink alcohol and live a healthy, organic lifestyle. In my spare time I like to do slow crafts such as beading, crochet, embroidery and making jewelry. I also love being close to nature and would love to find a home surrounded by the beauty of plants, trees and flowers.
I have 1 female, spayed cat who is very loving and enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors. Ideally the place would not be close to a busy road and have outdoor space for her to play.
I would like to pay $1400-$1700/month utilities included.
