Happy Holidays! 🎄🎁🎆🍗🍰🥂🍾 I know it's tough to find a new tenant while the holidays are going on, but if you have some time I truly need the place to rent. It will be worth your while.. you see I am not a drinker nor a smoker and I don't create drama. I try to stay away from that kind of thing as well as stress! I pay my rent on time and often will pay ahead of time. I keep to myself; unless I am engaged. I am a Maui born and raised!
What I am looking for is in the following :
• 1 bdrm w/own bathroom..separate entrance
•Utilities included in the rent
•Kitchen with at least a hotplate, micro, full size refrigerator
•On property, a parking stall and W/D
• Area looking to rent, no particular area..Maui No Ka Oi!
+ A big plus, would be that the unit be furnished and Wi-Fi included
