Loft bed set, originally from Costco (2014). Well built and solid.
The set has an upper twin sized bed area, corner desk area, and roll-out sitting/extra bed area. Mattress on the top bunk is used and can be included for free. The extra mattress on couch section can be included for $100, it is used but newer (2023).
Some wear and tear, still overall good condition and can be used for many more years.

80 1/2" long x 42 1/2" wide x 76" high
Width from wall to end of ladder 64 1/2"
Desk is a corner unit: 14" deep on the right and 18" deep on the left, 30" tall
