19 ft Glassply hull and trailer. Took out the original I/O put new transom for outboard set up. Floors are gutted and I have foam blocks to fill voids with. You can order custom fuel and water tanks for install. Build it how you want. Good solid hull. Priorities changed and now I got to sell the projec.OBO
