Part-time position open for "Pm Prep". Position is 2-3 nights a week. 1-9pm
Requires using Tablet and phone to get daily counts from clients, connecting with prep team to plan the night, pack food items as needed, prep skills for slicing and chopping, making platters and pans of foods as needed for the next morning.
Shift is typically 1-9pm, can go later depending on how busy clients are and amount of prep needing to do. Can start later but you'll finish later too.
Applicant needs to be dependable and a team player, be okay with working solo. Be able to work weekends and holidays.
