The Operions Manager is responsible for those client facilities and personnel under his / her supervision to ensure th the Company is providing professional and quality service and to ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulory authorities. The Operions Manager is also responsible for ensuring th the planned profitability of responsible accounts is realized.
Pay: 45,000 - $60,000/annually
The pay listed is the salary range this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic locion, and alignment with market da.

- Communice effectively with employees and clients to ensure fulfillment of performance and quality requirements.
- Maintain positive relionship with client representives.
- Control cost to ensure profitability of area of responsibility
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training of all employees in his/her area of responsibility. Ensure this is done in accordance with established procedures and in a cost effective manner.
- Ensure th each employee receives proper training commensure with the job responsibilities assigned and th all training is properly documented and maintained according to Company standards.
- Ensure th supervisors are properly trained and understand their assigned duties.
- Monitor compliance with contractual and regulory requirements in area of responsibility
- Ensure th payroll is prepared and transmitted in an accure and timely manner.
- Ensure th any injuries, incidents, accidents, etc are documented, reported and processed appropriely.
- Monitor safety program within area of responsibility and communice with Safety Quality Managers on a frequent basis to ensure compliance with all Company safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Three (3) or more years management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Previous janitorial industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communicion and leadership skills.
- Proven budgeting, expense control and scheduling experience.
