Wh You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist our customers our airport locions. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see, helping set the tone for a positive travel experience. This includes managing customer lines, directing customers to the right locion the operion and answering any questions with professionalism, pience, and a service-focused mindset to improve the customer’s travel experience and provide excellent customer service.

Wh We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, da entry)
• A genuine enjoyment of working with customers and helping others
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot for continuous periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United Stes
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced, people focused environment is a bonus- but not required!
