I have two condos at the Papakea Resort. I need an 'on island' manager to oversee the care of these units,
Duties:
Once or twice a month, go in and double check everything: light bulbs, cleanliness, appearance etc
Replace things like dishes, glasses etc if we are low.
Handle complaints and call appropriate person ie handyman, cleaner, plumber etc
Please let me know your availablity.
So on back to back days, you go between 11am and 4pm.
Otherwise, you can go in, in the evening.
