We prefer tenants with pets, since we know so many landlords refuse dogs and it has become a major problem on Maui. Landlords please stop refusing dogs!
Rent is $2,800/mo and includes water, sewer, garbage, GE tax, etc. Security deposit is $2,800, so $5,600 total to move in. Tenant pays for their electric.
