Upgraded single bedroom condo / apartment unit in Maui Gardens, central Kihei area. Could easily walk to Times supermarket or Longs/CVS very nearby. Great access to shops and highway without the traffic. Maui Gardens is one of the most sought-after condominium properties in central Kihei, south Maui. This lightly furnished one bedroom / one bathroom ground floor condominium unit has a peaceful garden view. It features full featured kitchen, split system A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, and assigned off-street parking (1 car only). It's a very close (just about 150 paces) quick stroll to a beautiful quiet white sandy beach. The extremely well maintained complex also features a very nice Swimming Pool, Tennis/Pickle Ball Court, Jacuzzi, and BBQ for common use. Very quick and easy walking distance to great beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and very close to south Maui bus line. While listed as 560 Ft2, it feels much bigger than that. The garden setting off the lanai lends that lived in tropical setting. There is one assigned parking spot very close by (about 50 steps or so.) There is NO option for 2nd car parking.

While only a few min’s walk to beach and yet close to both the Wailea/Makena resorts as well as the south Maui Technology Park (about 5 to 10min either) or about 15 to 20min to the Maui Hospital area.

When online applications are done there is a very small nonrefundable fee by that 3rd party commercial screening site that does the checks.
