We are seeking a quiet, clean, wholesome, respectful, responsible,
drama-free, person who wants to stay a while and who will create and upkeep a beautiful space.
No pets, smokers, or partiers; no exceptions.
We are not HUD approved.
The rent is $1,800 per month, and includes water, electricity, shared
internet, trash pickup twice a week, and basic grounds maintenance.
The security deposit is $1,800.
The application fee for a professional screening is $35.
The space will be available late January.
