$1800 per week. This is a bargain!! No low offers. Set along Kapa'a Beach Park, this laid-back resort is 3 miles from the Sleeping Giant Trail Head, 5 miles from Opaeka'a Falls and 9 miles from Lihue Airport. It is at the edge of Kapa'a so very walkable to town and all kinds of music, entertainmenrt, shopping, and restaurants. This is a quiet, third floor, 1-bedroom, 1- bath loft condo very near the pool. It is considered a 1 - bedroom, because the loft is a complete bedroom with a queen bed and dresser. It just does not have a closet. The master bedroom has a king bed, closet, dresser, nightstands, and second TV. You can sleep four people comfortably in this unit. There are several large closets in the hall near the kitchen.
The loft has stairs off the living room. This unit has a furnished private lanai with lovely views of palm trees and gardens and palm tree view of the ocean. There is a fully functioning kitchen with rice maker, coffee pot, in addition to complimentary Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, DVD and cable. The master is on the main floor with the bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room (with a new sofa bed). Parking is very near the building. An elevator makes entry convenient for luggage and groceries. There is a Costco in Lihue and grocery stores nearby.

A swimmable beach runs along the ocean side of the resort (it seems safe, but there is no lifeguard) as well as a 10 mile paved path for bikes, walking and lovely scenic exercise. Bike rentals are available nearby. If you rent them for more than a day you should store them up in the unit. Other amenities include an outdoor pool with beach towels, chairs and tables, a hot tub and tennis courts, as well as BBQ facilities throughout, 12 acres of landscaped gardens and a Koi pond with fish food. There's croquet, lovely lawns, a putting green and a gym. We love it here and have owned for over ten years.

This is available from March 2 until March 23, 2024. We prefer to rent the entire time. Please, no lowball offers, this is a bargain. We love Pono Kai and Kauai. We simply cannot use the time right now.
