Alpha Inc. is looking for a strong, local field leader to help grow our Alpha Vertical division on Kauaʻi.
We need a Superintendent who can lead from the front, run the jobsite, coordinate crews and subcontractors, protect safety and quality, and keep projects moving.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Can:
-Lead daily field operations
-Manage crews, Foremen, and subcontractors
-Own the schedule and keep production on track
-Read plans and solve field issues
-Communicate clearly with the office and field
-Build trust, accountability, and teamwork
What You Bring:
-5–8 years of vertical construction experience
-Strong jobsite leadership skills
-Knowledge of safety, quality, logistics, and scheduling
-Ability to lead people with respect and accountability
-Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred, not required
