Initial arrangement is a 1-month work trade, with the potential to continue if it's a good fit.
Living Arrangement:
Private room in the main house.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, and common areas.
House Expectations:
No drugs.
No drinking or partying.
Must be clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with.
We are a family home with dogs and a cat, so you must be comfortable around animals.
