I have a small studio apartment I am interested in renting out for a possible work trade. Have several small handman type projects around the house that I am not able to get to. Studio has outside shower, will have to share bathroom/ kitchen with main house. Willing to do partial work trade for the right person. This is a month-to-month arrangement, however it has to opportunity to grow into long term for the right person.
