Rent is a reasonable $1,895/month. I have seen bedrooms rent for $2,000 without any privacy, and sharing the house with others + neighbors breathing down your neck, and no ocean view or private driveway/parking.
Because of the temporary water issue, I have discounted the rent to just $1,395/month only until running water is fully restored. Once that is restored, monthly rent will adjust to $1,895/month once more.
The Security Deposit remains $1,895
Total move-in cost is $3,290 with $1,395 first month's rent.
I am looking for a house cleaner also, so I am willing to discount the rent for you in trade for household services like laundry, dishes, cleaning, cooking, organization, and tidying.
I am looking for a clean, respectful, tidy, non-smoking tenant. Ideally looking for someone sober who lives a calm, active lifestyle and doesn't work from home. I live on the two-bedroom side of the house [attached, divided by a hallway that I will put a divider/door for additional privacy] and work away from home almost daily when not doing work on the property.
