We are expanding across Hawaiʻi and seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Independent Contractor Process Servers and Court Runners. Opportunities are available on Oʻahu, Mau'i, Kauaʻi, Lana'i, Moloka'i and Hawaiʻi Island.
Position: Process Server (Independent Contractor)
Duties include:
* Serving legal documents to individuals and businesses
* Accurate documentation of attempts, service, and field notes
* Communicating updates promptly
* Travel throughout your coverage area (mileage reimbursed or included depending on contract)
Requirements:
* Must be 18+
* Valid driverʻs license & reliable transportation
* Ability to remain professional; this is NOT law enforcement
* Smartphone for GPS, communication, and proof-of-service photos
* Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Position: Court Runner (Independent Contractor)
Duties include:
* Filing legal documents at District, Family, and Circuit Courts
* Picking up stamped copies and returning documents as instructed
* Maintaining strict confidentiality and chain of custody
* Light travel between courthouse and client meeting points
Requirements:
* Strong attention to accuracy
* Comfortable with courthouse procedures (we will train)
* Ability to meet same-day or next-day deadlines when needed
Compensation:
* Paid **twice monthly**
* Rates vary by island, urgency, and distance
* Extra compensation for rush jobs, extended travel, or difficult serves
