Job Duties Include:
• Patch and Paint Walls and Doors
• Replace Keys and Weather Stripping
• Repair/Replace Floor Tile and Carpet
• Replace Light Bulbs
• Test/Replace Smoke Alarms
• Perform Annual Inspections of Apartments
• Maintain Tools and Equipment in Safe Working Order
Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of Related Experience
• Basic Knowledge/Skills in Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance
• Reliable Transportation
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Starting Pay Rate: $21 per hour

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
