We’re a licensed electrical and construction operation on Kauai with long-term work available starting Sepember 2026. We need good people and we’re willing to train the right person from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople and a licensed electricians on well-run, organized job sites.
We will provide consistent, long-term work with room to grow.
• $30/hr on day one — more if you’ve got experience
• Documented on-the-job hours toward your Hawaii electrician apprenticeship or license

Hands-on construction and installation. You’ll be assembling components, working with power tools, handling equipment, and learning how electrical and structural systems go together — from the people who do it every day. Ground-level work, structured crew, experienced foreman.

• Background in construction, carpentry, electrical, or mechanical — or none at all

About the Electrician License
