Solar Plus is hiring! We're a locally owned solar and battery company on Kauai and we need experienced hands to join our installation crew.
Work starts August 15, 2026 — runs through spring 2027 and possibly beyond.
THE WORK
• Solar panel racking and mounting systems — residential and commercial
• Structural assembly, hardware, and module handling
• Organized crew, experienced foreman, real job site structure
WHAT WE NEED
• Comfortable with drills and impact drivers — required
• Construction, roofing, carpentry, or solar background — big plus
• Electrical experience — even bigger plus
• Reliable and on time — we run a tight, professional crew
• Valid HI driver's license
PAY & SCHEDULE
• $30.00+/hour depending on experience
• Full-time Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week + overtime available
• Bi-weekly pay
• Long-term through spring 2027 and beyond
