Collectible Floral Plate from 1893 - $20 (Lihue)

This vintage antique plate is 6.5" across and I was told by my Nana that it dates back to 1893. This plate belonged to my Great Grandparents who lived in Illinois at the time.
Though there are no markings on the plate to officially identify the china pattern or who made it, my Nana wrote on the back of the plate, noting the year and my Great Grandparents names (which are fading).
It's a beautiful sweet plate and is a thicker design, I'm thinking it could be a type of hot plate.
Asking only $20 for this very rare antique plate.
