Hi, I have to move because they are selling my home where I’ve lived for 14 years. Long term Kauai resident . I don’t smoke, no drugs or drinking and no pets. I value a peaceful and clean home. Prefer East side because of proximity to work and friends. Need at least 1-2 bedrooms and ideally some storage and room to do art. Looking for a landlord who is understanding and compassionate towards our working economy and
cost of living. Can provide references upon request.
