After 14 beloved years in my home near Fuji Beach, the owners are selling and I need to move by March 14.
I’m looking for an unfurnished 1-3 bedroom home on the East Side (Kapaʻa/Wailua area) — being close to work is essential as I’m on-call. A carport or garage for storage and art space would be wonderful — I work in all mediums including oils, so having that dedicated space matters. A washer/dryer hookup, clothesline, and garden space would be a dream but I’m flexible.
I’m a clean, quiet, drama-free tenant with excellent references and a long track record of caring for my home. I’m hoping to connect with a landlord who values a stable, long-term tenant over maximizing rent.
