Aloha Kaua'i,

I grew up on this island and have spent the majority of my life living here.

My living situation requires me to move within the next 6 months to a year, but I'd like to get an early start on it if the price is right.

I currently work around 60+ hours a week so you won't see me around the residence often.

I have a clean background check, and am a clean tenant.

I have excellent payment history!

I am looking to relocate to the Wailua, Kapa'a, Kapahi, or Anahola area for some new work opportunities that I am exploring.

What kind of place would I like to live in?

I am happy with renting my own room in a house or renting my own private studio. I am happy to consider multiple options and prices.

Please let me know what you have in mind and let's see if we can work something out.
