I’m a (young) 50 year-old female, who is kind, quiet and respectful and who likes to keep things very clean!
I am a retired science teacher/educator and grant writer, looking for a sanctuary to do my writing.
I have consistent and permanent income !!!
I am a long term resident of both O’ahu and Kauai ~23+ years
I lost my Kalihiwai cottage :(
I am single, no kids & no pets
$1,100 /month would work best for me ….
However, I am willing to pay more if it’s the ideal spot!!!!
I would love to have my own space: studio or cottage, open to renting a room as well if the vibe is right!!!
