Ohana Pacific Management Company (OPMC) Kauai is looking for a genuinely caring, LSW, Social Worker who strives to provide excellence and genuine care in a fast-paced team environment. Under the supervision of the Administrator, our Social Workers provide excellent customer service, support and advocacy to facility guests and families by identifying and assessing psychosocial needs, emotional needs, environment needs and spiritual needs. Our Social Workers support our guests, and their families, from the time of admission, throughout their stay, and finally as they transition back into the community.

Successful Social Worker Applicants MUST:
• Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen.
• Be an LSW.
• Have strong customer service, communication, assessment, counseling, and problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize and multi-task in a high demand, fast paced environment.

Full-time, with occasional weekends and nights
