studio space wanted (south side)

Aloha All, I am in need of a space to do my Mixed media Art work. An open space that I can make work for the few tools that I have to do my work would be great. If you have a home, or a commercial space or just a unit that has running water and electricity
then I would be interested. My work includes wood work(small kine), glass work,mostly Mosaic work with glass and tile.
I have lived on Kaua'i for the past 17 years, and I know the availability of this kind of space is limited. So I am willing to
do a trade and payment to make this work for both of us.I am looking for a space between poipu and lihue, the sooner the better,
but I have time to make the right choice. Mahalo for reading this..
