Position: Part-Time or Full-Time
The Hanalei Dolphin is looking for a warm, organized, and people loving Host/Hostess/Server Support to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable first impressions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love being part of a community favorite dining experience, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with genuine aloha and a friendly, professional attitude
Manage the waitlist with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate seating to support smooth service flow
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
Communicate clearly with servers, bussers, and management
Maintain a clean and inviting entrance and host stand
Provide helpful information about the restaurant, fish market, and local area
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
A positive, team-oriented mindset
Reliability and punctuality
Previous host/hostess experience is a plus, but not required
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
