The Parrish Collection is looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented professional with experience in property management. We will train the right person provided they possess strong management and leadership skills with an eye for detail and desire to learn. Position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a rentals properties as well as assisting other team members with the management of their properties. Main accountability includes ensuring that the appearance and physical integrity of each property is in well-maintained and good working order at all times. Superior multitasking, decision making and time-management skills are essential.
Excellent communications skills also required as is the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with multiple parties.
Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program as well as mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Work schedule will include weekends and some holidays.
Very competitive compensation (depending on experience we offer up to$30/hr) and benefits.
