The Spot North Shore Kauai in Princeville Center is looking for a Breakfast Kitchen Prep Person to join our morning team.
This is an entry-level position — no experience needed, we will train. Additional kitchen experience is a plus! Recipes and menu items are stream-lined so the right person, with no experience but good work ethic, can step in and learn everything easily.
Duties include:
- Opening the kitchen and making grab-n-go items (breakfast sandwiches and burritos)
- Preparing orders of simple sandwiches and breakfast plates as they come in
- Setting up for next day prep - chopping veggies, slicing bread, following recipes to make menu item components
- Washing dishes, cleaning stations and kitchen at end of day.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Morning availability required
- Able to work on your feet and handle pressure well
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Morning shifts 6 am - 2 pm

Pay is DOE and equal share of tips (averaging $25-30 an hour with tips included)
