Selected HI Inc is seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Rental Car Return / Greeter Agent. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers returning their rental vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner upon vehicle return
Guide customers through the return process quickly and efficiently
Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels
Accurately check in vehicles using handheld or computer systems
Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions
Direct customers to shuttle services or next steps as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Basic computer or handheld device skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
