Hello everyone,
My name is Nathan and I have been doing Tech Support and IT work on Kauai for the past 5 years. I have had the pleasure of helping businesses and individuals alike of all ages. I have the technical knowledge to help diagnose and find solutions to your problems quickly while having the patience to go through things slowly to explain details if needed. I have experience working in IT at a financial company in the past and have continued to keep my knowledge of new tech and devices up to date.
If you are having issues with your electronics (computers, printers, routers, modems, etc) I can help diagnose the issue, fix the issue (if possible), or recommend replacements and help set them up.
I can help with networking a house (either a new construction or old) either wirelessly or wired and advise on security system setups, and making sure your whole house (or garden or shed) get the right connection for the situation.
I can troubleshoot software issues and compatibility issues to help you get the program you use doing what you want it to do. This includes hardware software issues with things like etchers.
