Vintage Japanese Chinoiserie Serving Plate - $30 (Lihue)

This porcelain colbalt blue and white serving plate is 12" in diameter. The painting depicts a traditional Hobikisen or Junk (a Japanese Fishing Boat). There is a Seaturtle crawling up onto land, gorgeous trees and two cranes flying above this classic scene.
The plate is in great condition, with the exception of one small chip on the back of the plate, there are no other chips, cracks or marks.
It would be a special addition to any collection for display in your hale or to be used as a serving plate for special occasions or daily use.
