We clear land by hand - machete, bushaxe, chainsaw. Bringing down the bush to below knee level around the ankles.
We push everything to the back or side perimeter to create a functional burm for privacy. Removal and hauling of larger greenwaste from your property is available but would be itemized separately.
Any bigger trees are bid separately for removal. We recommend keeping endemic species for shade preservation and carbon sequestration, but any extra junk trees will usually require a separate estimate. We do NOT remove living ohia.
Please text for costs of initial clearing and be as descriptive as possible when giving details about the general location or subdivision, the terrain and vegetation if you're aware of, whether or not you've had it surveyed, as well as any big trees that may need attention.
This method is for homeowners that want a more affordable and holistic way of clearing, to keep the microbial topsoil and original shape of the terrain of their new properties - we DO NOT use bulldozers or any large excavation equipment for clearing of a house pad or driveway so please do not ask. We do that instead by hand to just around ankle height usually, much easier to get a gravel truck delivery afterwards.
