Cabin includes Electricity, WiFi, propane stove and water heater, small furnished living room with wood burning stove., and screened outdoor area, kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, air-fryer oven, coffee pot, microwave, etc.
Farm has many fruit and nut trees, vegetables from garden, pure good tasting water, 1 dozen eggs per week.
5 miles to nearest town, 10 miles to nearest beach. beautiful vistas.
Labor includes : work in garden, coffee field, chicken coop, assorted other farm chores. Hours are flexible. no experience needed can learn a lot.
