Non-profit director available as a high level Executive/ Office Assistant.
Resourceful, can work independently from an established home office and able to accomplish tasks at a high level. Potential assistance could include:
- Organizing and managing parties or events;
- Managing travel arrangements;
- Managing office, event, marketing and/or contractor/household teams;
- Building excel spreadsheets and documents;
- Filing and reconciling Quickbooks;
- Working with chefs to arrange catering;
- Researching real estate opportunities;
- Managing graphic design and/or marketing/ad/production runs;
- Managing website and/or social media posts and updates;
- Writing and handling correspondence and e-newsletters; and/or
- Ordering supplies, researching contractors and sourcing materials.
Would ideally work principally from a home office but can be available on site as well. Part-time, contract preferred. $65/hour.
