Office Assistant Team Position: We are the largest Tile distributor in Hawaii, with offices in Kona as well as Honolulu. This position is for a full-time office assistant at our Kailua-Kona location. The requirements for this position will include intermediate-level computer skills using Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. This position also requires focus and detailed orientation in maintaining the current filing system in place. Must have an exceptional people and customer service skill set. This is a full-time position. Training will be provided. This job offers comprehensive health benefits, including dental coverage, paid holidays, and two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service. Another bonus is that lunch is provided daily. Working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off to spend quality time with family.
